Anger is a strong negative emotions of discontent. Others call it anger, rage, resentment or anger. Usually anger is destructive because it creates a sense of injustice caused to the subject that anger.

Buddhist Teaching – An NLP Perspective
“Buddhist philosophy” is an oxymoron. As the theory of the market, you will not get very far. In fact, “Buddhism,” the word itself is an oxymoron. The Buddha was a master communicator, and what happened to the Buddhist teaching is an exquisite chameleon, adapting to the needs of many people, cultures and eras to meet. This is really one of the last things to be converted into an “ism” needs. But it’s there. As “human nature” itself.
The lessons were not intended, as far as I can tell you that a solid metaphysical or metaphorical, of the system. Practices (meditation, prayer, singing, monasticism, ritual, ethical restrictions) were not meant to be a drug – a sedative or a stimulant. Meditation in Tibetan Buddhism
History of Meditation
Tibetan Buddhist meditation has a long history. Buddhism is a branch of Hinduism in Hinduism practiced meditation and so, before it was practiced in Buddhism. Buddhist thought is that there are three things you must do before enlightenment. Virtue, wisdom and meditation. Meditation is practiced in many Eastern religions and even in Western religions. But I will focus this article on the practices of Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism meditation.
Hinduism is the oldest living religion, meditation practices. In Hinduism, the meditation is to find from the human desire for Brahman (God), the true nature have developed. Hindu practitioners would sit and think about who God really was, and she began sitting for hours, have moments of clarity. These moments of clarity is what many doctors are still trying to achieve through meditation.
